returns & refunds
MERCHANDISE:
No Refunds: Unless stated otherwise, all of our merchandise is made-to-order and are non-refundable and non-exchangeable as we don’t have additional stock.
Damaged/Faulty/Lost Items: The Mum Society offers refunds or exchanges for damaged/faulty items. All items are quality controlled and thoroughly checked before they are sent out.
If you have received a damaged/faulty item, please email us at themumsociety@outlook.com.au with your full name, order number and a photo of the damaged/faulty item. This must be brought to our attention within 5 days of receiving the item.
If your order has been lost or damaged during transit by the freight company, this matter will need to be dealt with them directly. You can submit an investigation online using your tracking number. https://auspost.com.au/receiving/delayed-lost-or-damaged-items/find-a-missing-item
The Mum Society may deny a refund/exchange if items are returned without their original tags, visibly used, soiled with perfume scents, make up etc. We will notify you by email and send the items back to you at your cost if you wish to have them.
Sale Items: Sale items and headwear are non-refundable/non-exchangeable. All orders placed for these items are final.
TICKETED EVENTS:
No Refunds: We do not offer refunds for event tickets. All ticket sales are final.
Credit Towards Future Events: If you are unable to attend an event, we can offer a credit towards a future event, provided that we receive at least 7 days notice prior to the event date. This credit can be applied to any of our upcoming events.
Gift Your Ticket: If you are unable to attend and wish to give your ticket to someone else, please let us know their name and email by contacting us at themumsociety@outlook.com.au.
Event Postponement or Cancellation: If an event is postponed or cancelled, ticket holders will be offered a full refund. Alternatively, ticket holders may choose to transfer their tickets to the rescheduled date or apply the value towards a future event.
